Straight answers.
The essentials on using ENQRYPT, protecting your data and understanding the limits of security tools.
Do I need to connect a wallet?
No. Wallet Exposure, Transaction Risk, Vault and the Labs work with nothing connected. Connecting is only needed to revoke approvals or check your membership tier.
Will ENQRYPT ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Not for scanning, not for signing in, not for support. Anyone asking for it in ENQRYPT's name is not ENQRYPT.
Where does my data go when I encrypt it?
Nowhere. Vault encrypts and decrypts in your browser. Your file, your text and your password never leave the tab.
Can ENQRYPT guarantee a transaction is safe?
No tool can. ENQRYPT shows what a transaction does and which risks it found, with the evidence behind each one, so you can decide with better information.
Is my wallet already vulnerable to quantum computers?
A public-key exposure finding is not evidence that your wallet is compromised. It highlights information relevant to future quantum risk. ENQRYPT reports observable exposure; it cannot predict when a cryptographically relevant quantum computer will exist.
What does $ENQRYPT give me?
Membership is designed to provide higher usage allowances, such as history, batch scans and exports. See the Token and Membership pages for current availability. Complete security results and Vault decryption are not token-gated. The token is not equity and carries no promise of returns.
Can you recover my Vault password or secret key?
No. ENQRYPT does not keep a copy. Keep your encrypted output and the password or secret key needed to decrypt it in storage you control. Losing the required secret can make the data unrecoverable.
Which networks can I select?
Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base and BNB Chain mainnets. Data coverage varies by tool and provider. A missing result is not proof that there is no activity or risk.
Does signing in cost gas?
Sign-In with Ethereum is a message signature and does not cost gas or authorize a token transfer. Revoking a token approval is a separate onchain transaction and may require gas.
Does the Post-Quantum Lab upgrade my wallet?
No. The lab is a local environment for exploring cryptographic algorithms. It does not change your wallet's keys, a blockchain's signature scheme or the protection of existing onchain assets.
